I co-founded Didihood in 2018 with the aim to activate & celebrate South Asian female creatives
I’m a co-founder of Didihood (the sisterhood), a collective of South Asian women in creative industries across Canada, aimed at encouraging creative pursuits, support, and mentorship.
Through Didihood, I’ve worked to create networking and mentorship opportunities for South Asian creatives in cities like Toronto and Vancouver, worked with brands like XX , and feature inspirational South Asian women in panels and a monthly Q&A newsletter.
Didihood also seeks to foster a sense of community among its members, ideally creating new friendships among sisters, and works to bring together South Asian women across all industries.
